This page explains what personal data PHN Digital ("PHN", "we") processes, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to this website, to the audits we publish about companies, and to the emails we send to businesses.

We contact companies whose public websites we have audited, to offer our services. For that we process the business contact details of the people who run or represent those companies: name, role, business email address, and the company's public website and business listing. We obtain these from the company's own website, public business registries (such as the Brazilian CNPJ registry), domain registration records and professional networks. We do not buy contact lists.
Our legal basis is legitimate interest (LGPD art. 7, IX; GDPR art. 6(1)(f); and, in the United States, compliance with CAN-SPAM). Every email identifies us, states a physical address and carries a working unsubscribe link. We send at most a first message and two follow-ups, and we stop immediately when asked.
Our audits read only publicly available pages, headers and files of a company's website, and public performance data. They contain no personal data beyond names and roles that the company itself publishes. If you want an audit about your company removed from our servers, write to us and it will be removed within 5 business days.
If you reply or fill in a form, we keep the conversation to answer you and, if you become a client, to deliver the service. We keep it for as long as the relationship lasts and for the retention periods required by Brazilian tax and civil law.
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising pixels.
You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to its use for outreach, or receive a copy. Write to pablo@phnseo.com. Unsubscribing from our emails is instant through the unsubscribe page; you do not need to justify it. In Brazil you may also contact the ANPD; in the EU and UK, your national data protection authority.
