What should you bring to the first conversation?
Three things are enough: where your clients come from today, how much the company already spends on marketing, and what kind of client you want more of. If you have a Google Ads or Search Console account, read-only access makes the diagnosis more useful.
The marketing consultation is a conversation with Pablo about how your company runs. It is free, with no obligation to hire, and it usually follows a simple outline. First, how clients find you today: referrals, partners, ads, Google search, or social media.
Next, what happens between the first contact and the signed contract, because many opportunities are lost in that stretch, not in the advertising. Then, what your competitors show the same buyer on Google and on their websites. Finally, Pablo tells you what he would do first, what can wait, and whether PHN is the right partner for where your company is right now.
Sometimes the answer is that the company doesn’t need an agency yet. What it needs first is better sales follow-up or a better website. That recommendation is part of the diagnosis too.

Almost all of the work happens inside tools your company controls: the Google Ads account in your company’s name, Google Analytics, Search Console, and your website dashboard. Pablo works in them with manager access that you can revoke at any time, and you see the same numbers he does. Meetings happen over video, with an agenda sent in advance, and day-to-day communication happens over email or WhatsApp.
