In short
What is PHN’s integrated digital marketing?
- What it is: the monthly operation of Google Ads, SEO, and your website under one accountable person.
- Foundation: the plan set during marketing consulting.
- Where: founded in Brazil, working remotely, including with companies outside Brazil.
PHN’s integrated digital marketing is the monthly operation of a company’s website, SEO, and Google Ads under one accountable person. All three follow the plan set in marketing consulting and answer to a single report on inquiries, cost, and contracts.
The problem
Why don’t separate services add up to a strategy?
Because each provider measures its own piece. The ad agency delivers clicks, the SEO provider delivers rankings, the web designer delivers a layout, and no one is accountable for the number the owner cares about: how many contracts came in and what each one cost.
A company that hires three providers for three channels ends up coordinating its own marketing without ever asking to. The owner becomes the meeting point between the ad agency, the SEO writer, and whoever handles the website, and every meeting ends with one of them explaining that the problem lies in someone else’s work. Integrated digital marketing takes that coordination off the owner’s plate.
PHN runs all three from the same plan, with the same goals and the same report. The search that brings in contracts on Google Ads becomes an SEO page, the page that already ranks stops getting ad budget, and the website gets adjusted when inquiries get lost in the form. The person accountable for all of it is the founder, Pablo Negri.
The owner is left with one monthly conversation about inquiries, cost, and contracts, not three.
The cost of scattered pieces
What happens when each channel has its own provider?
Each provider optimizes its own number
Cheap clicks for one, rankings for another, delivery dates for the third. None of those numbers is a contract.
The data doesn’t flow
The search that converts in the ads never reaches the writer, and the page that already ranks keeps getting ad budget.
Accountability gets diluted
When the results don’t come, the explanation is always in another provider’s work.
The services

What changes when the channels work together?
Decisions get made with data from all three channels at once. The budget goes where organic search doesn’t reach yet, content comes from the searches that bring in contracts, and the website changes when inquiries get lost on it.
A typical month shows the difference. Say the report reveals that one specific search, for a high-ticket service, brought in only a few inquiries through Google Ads, but all of them from the right kind of buyer, and two of them became contracts.
In the integrated operation, that finding leads to three decisions on the same day: the campaign for that search gets budget priority, SEO adds a page on the topic to that month’s content plan, and the website gets a shorter path to the form for visitors who arrive through it.
With three separate providers, the same finding would depend on the owner noticing the pattern, calling three meetings, and convincing each provider to change its own plan. PHN connects the data this way by default, and the next month’s report shows whether the decision worked, with the cost per inquiry and the contracts from each channel side by side.
How it starts
Do you have to hire everything at once?
No. The operation starts with the channels the assessment identifies as priorities and adds the others when it makes sense. Some companies start with just the website and Google Ads and add SEO months later.
Assessment
Where your clients come from and where client acquisition is losing money.
Priorities
Which channels come first, with a budget and a metric for each one.
Operation
Monthly execution of the chosen channels, under the same plan.
Review
A single monthly report, and the plan adjusted with the owners.
Fit
Who is integrated digital marketing for?
Established companies that want one accountable person for digital client acquisition, and would rather have one monthly conversation with the person who makes the decisions than three conversations with three providers. If you don’t know yet what to prioritize, start with marketing consulting.
The most common question
“Doesn’t one agency doing everything end up shallow at all of it?”
It would, if it tried to do everything. PHN doesn’t offer offline media, events, PR, or social media as standalone services. It does consulting, Google Ads, SEO, and websites, and doing only that is what makes it possible to integrate them.
